1. GP for at least one syndication.
2. Grow the GOB to 10,000 members
3. Lay a solid business foundation during our 12-week year in Q2 of 2022

1. Collaborate with several of you good people  here on GOB network who want to GP, LP and do more deals.

2. Negotiate and close on 2-4 Strong MF deals, 100+ units or more

3. Find Equity sources for New construction student housing deals.
